I’d recommend CPI to anyone wishing to
make
an off plan property purchase overseas. My consultant was Stuart, and
he dedicated ample time to ensuring that I was purchasing the ideal
property for me. I really liked the personal service I received, and I
felt much more than a client and I would definitely purchase through
Stuart again.
My wife and I went on an Inspection Trip to Cape Verde to see the area
for ourselves. Not once were we pressured, or hassled by the sales
staff. We didn’t actually buy on the Inspection Trip, we
decided
to go ahead with the purchase about 3 weeks after returning. During
this 3 weeks we were not hassled with phone calls, but rather left to
our own devices to make the decision after Katherine had provided us
with all the information we needed. Purchasing the property was an easy
decision to make having seen the area, I’d highly recommend
going
on Inspection Trips as it is a great way to discover the area and to
see for yourself the potential in emerging markets.

My husband and I had a budget of £50,000 and we really wanted
to
invest it into a future holiday home for us and our kids. We
